Membership Booking Policy & Notes

All bookings are subject to studio space availability and are managed on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your preferred time slot, we recommend booking in advance through our online system or by contacting our team.

Please note:

  • Shared desk and coworking hours are included in your membership and count toward your total monthly usage.

  • Printing, editing, and setup time are also counted as part of your reserved hours.

  • Members are encouraged to plan sessions efficiently to make the most of their included time.

  • Additional hours, prop setups, or full-studio bookings are available at discounted member rates based on availability.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must follow studio policy timelines to avoid penalties.

  • Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours before the booking) are charged 50% of the booked time.
